it's me again...currently supposing to study in library, but then got distracted...hohohoho
Straight to the topic,
health of the day is NOT to skip Ur Breakfast...
Let me convince why u must eat your breakfast everyday...;)
1) u wont easily get gastric pain
2) gals, watch out this--> by eating breakfast, u actually increase ur body metabolism, so your body will burn more calories. Thus, you wont easily gain weight..it's the best if you could have your breakfast within one hour after you wake up from sleep
Choices of breakfast: a cup of milo for people who are rushing off to school (it warms up your stomach)
a cup of milk is a good idea for people who are not suffering from gastric problem (or else it works the other way round)
if u have more time, eat cereal or oat with milk...oatmeal is highly fibre and helps you to go toilet everyday...hohohoho
But it's the best to start your day with a cup of water or water mixed with honey or salt water, :-) before you have ur breakfast.

hmm that means fried kway tiao, laksa, etc is to be avoided for breakfast???
hahah no no.. it means you must eat things like cereal or oat with milk withint one hour after you wake up.. but after one hour you can eat all your fried kway tiao, laksa, pancake bla bla bla.. ahhahahah that's my conclusion~~~
those who have lactose intolenrance pls don't take milk early in the morning... or else the toilet will be your best friend for the rest of the day... hehe
ohhh.... but if u eat ceral and milk liao.... then i think i will be full... cannnot eat laksa hahaha if not grow fatter
lols..totally misunderstand my original meaning..hehe..of course u guys can hav laksa n other food, but too oily for the breakfast and also hehe..they're fattening food..
the main point is having breakfast...when u have breakfast, u tend to not eating that much for ur lunch..
or else u'll be thinking tat, hmm..i skip my breakfast, i shud eat double for my lunch-wrong concept..blek
hahaha yeah.. i took breakfast this two morning.. and guess what.. i ate lesser during lunch and dinner... PROVEN!! CHOP this concept pass hahaha
