Hello people,
it's me again...hohoho..before i start my topic, want to make some changes to the roster thingy. Firstly, christina swaps with Bernice whenever their names are on d roster..secondly, today's food is good...keep going...let's cook more nice food...was impressed with nigel's chicken dishes..(kept stealing d food before the cell starts,blek)hohoho...last but not least, next week is easter weekend, so decided to put two more people on d roster, these 2 'lucky people' are Shin Yin (carbo food) and Tash(dessert)..
Okie dokie, today's topic is drinking water...everyone needs to drink water so that they wont get dehydrated, but we need to know when to drink it to get the maximum benefit. A normal person needs at least 8 cups of water a day (approximately 2000ml).
1st cup - should be within one hour after you wake up from sleep (this should be a cup of warm water to start off your day)
2nd cup- drink it while u having breakfast (Note: could be milo, milk n etc)
3rd cup- 10.30am, time for you to hydrate your body a bit
4th cup- drink it just before you have ur lunch (Note: this helps you to eat less during lunch time)
5th cup- 2pm, to replace the water you have lost through activities.
6th cup-4pm(afternoon tea time)
7th cup-drink it at ur dinner time, same concept with lunch's one
8th cup-drink it at about 8 or 9pm..(this should be your last cup of water, however it varies from person to person, hmm, but don't consume anymore water half an hour before you sleep,;) )
