Health of the day (part 2)

Hello people,

it's me again...hohoho..before i start my topic, want to make some changes to the roster thingy. Firstly, christina swaps with Bernice whenever their names are on d roster..secondly, today's food is good...keep going...let's cook more nice food...was impressed with nigel's chicken dishes..(kept stealing d food before the cell starts,blek)hohoho...last but not least, next week is easter weekend, so decided to put two more people on d roster, these 2 'lucky people' are Shin Yin (carbo food) and Tash(dessert)..

Okie dokie, today's topic is drinking water...everyone needs to drink water so that they wont get dehydrated, but we need to know when to drink it to get the maximum benefit. A normal person needs at least 8 cups of water a day (approximately 2000ml).

1st cup - should be within one hour after you wake up from sleep (this should be a cup of warm water to start off your day)
2nd cup- drink it while u having breakfast (Note: could be milo, milk n etc)
3rd cup- 10.30am, time for you to hydrate your body a bit
4th cup- drink it just before you have ur lunch (Note: this helps you to eat less during lunch time)
5th cup- 2pm, to replace the water you have lost through activities.
6th cup-4pm(afternoon tea time)
7th cup-drink it at ur dinner time, same concept with lunch's one
8th cup-drink it at about 8 or 9pm..(this should be your last cup of water, however it varies from person to person, hmm, but don't consume anymore water half an hour before you sleep,;) )

Health of the day

Hello everyone,

it's me again...currently supposing to study in library, but then got distracted...hohohoho
Straight to the topic,

health of the day is NOT to skip Ur Breakfast...
Let me convince why u must eat your breakfast everyday...;)
1) u wont easily get gastric pain
2) gals, watch out this--> by eating breakfast, u actually increase ur body metabolism, so your body will burn more calories. Thus, you wont easily gain weight..it's the best if you could have your breakfast within one hour after you wake up from sleep

Choices of breakfast: a cup of milo for people who are rushing off to school (it warms up your stomach)
a cup of milk is a good idea for people who are not suffering from gastric problem (or else it works the other way round)
if u have more time, eat cereal or oat with milk...oatmeal is highly fibre and helps you to go toilet everyday...hohohoho

But it's the best to start your day with a cup of water or water mixed with honey or salt water, :-) before you have ur breakfast.

FeeL FrEe TO coMe

Hello everyone..

Lily here. I just want to invite u all to come to my house for a potbless during easter break. Please RVSP me to let me know if anyone is interested to come.

Before I forget, Just want to remind that this coming friday, Adeline, Jing Ee, Kiev and Canille are the 'iron chef' of the cell...
I am aiming that this semester, we all are going to have proper dinner with 2 meat dishes, one carbohydrate dish, one vegie dish and desserts. So, hopefully all the 'iron chef' can meet this 'golden rule'!! The main idea of having proper dinner is that everyone can still maintain their weight while enjoying good food, hehe...

Last but not least, please ignore my grammar mistakes....

p/S: I am doing a little survey here. Want to know who's thinking of going for easter camp?

First Annoucement 09/03/07

1. Impact World Tour - This Sunday(11/03/07) @ Elizabeth Joley 10:00am
WOW!! This Sunday they are coming to our church! Isn't it amazing..... It's gonna be a bomb guys. Invite your friends to come and join us to listen from the IWT people. They come from almost 70 different countries in this world. Come and get blessed by these people from all around the world!!

2. CAM & Ushering Recruitment - Next Saturday(17/03/07)
Here comes again one of the exciting events of the year. Every year we will recruit people to be ministry like the worship team, projection, drama, choir, dance, usher, zion kid and many more.
We will also have Michael Battersby as our guest speaker. If some of you know who he is.. you will surely come.. he is a jazz singer.. wahh I can melt when I hear him sing........ hehehhe

3. Creation Ministries - Next Sunday(18/03/07)
Speaker: Dr Tas Walker - can search his details in the net... believe it or not...
Solid answers for the real world!!!

4. Easter Camp - During Easter break
Oh Yeah.. that's another exciting time of the year again.. It's Easter Camp... those who missed it last year.. you better register for this year. Last year was so cool.... stay up late at night, going to the beach, games, drama and fun!! It's gonna be a another great camp this year. Make sure your Easter week free is empty..... for this camp.. oh yeah...

At last~~~~

HELLLOOOOOOOOOOOOO my wonderful people.. oh gosh this is the very very first time I sit down in front of the computer to write a blog.. oh yeah another breakthrough in my life!!!! heheh but sorry ya I'm not a blog person so you won't see this blog updated daily by ME... maybe by you guys. But I love to read people's blog, I know Lily also.. cos got nothing to do.. heheheh busybody.. Anyway big THANKS to Jing Ee who keep on bugging me to set up this blog.. hehe nolar just joking, not bugging but suggesting. Thanks Jing Ee for helping us to set us this wonderful blog.

Anyway.. at last~~ after 3 semesters.... this blog is finally up here hehehe... it will be so wonderful to have a blog for the cell group so that everyone can post your pictures, share your day or me making annoucement here hehe.. and also outings and bla bla bla...

Yeah since this is the very first blog of my life.. so i ask you guys pls.. fulfill my outdated life with this wonderful blog to cheer my days up hehehe... feel free to post your pictures or your sharing or your suggestions of what you guys want to do in this semesters... maybe outins, party, shopping, sports, studying, playing, sleeping, eating, jogging, walking.. ok better stop... too much nonsense d.
