Clinging to Apple...

I used to dislike Apple computers, Macintosh software, because they are so so not user-friendly.... but as I'm doing research on Apple for my assignment, I think i'm falling in love with Apple (subconciously)..... ermm not really the Macintosh software, but the design and the brand name of Apple.. and especially iPod nano... I just think they are quite cool... not that I will always listen to music, I have a mp4 player, but it's been abandoned there for quite some time.... but iPod nano is just so nice... wondering is there a toy version... ahhaha

Look at how nice and slim and cool and stylish they are... esp this green one!!!!! My fav!!!!! Love it!!!!

Ok ok it's 12am 20 May d.... i think better pack and go home d... tmr need to go educell~~~see ya.... miss you my iPod....

Blur to the max - part 2 ~~~~

SIEN!!!!! This is the second time i cracked my brain again... trying to remember my gmail account... dunno why i just cannot remember my account.. i think i have too many accounts and passwords.. dunno which one to remember heheheh...... i'm stuck in Uni now... trying to finish a group assignment due on Monday 1that weigths 35% ..... out of 5 members... only 2 members here... doing nothing... and both of us has only done 10% out of 100% work... Good job!!.... and we both has squeezed our brain juice dry to the MAX... trying to squeeze out an idea on how to develop Apple computers; making it more advance.... funny hu..... it's just ridiculous... Apple is so so so (x1000000) in advance already.... they even came out with things that is beyond MY imagination... what else can i think now..... it's just.... way out of my imagination...

Great!!! I had my first sharing in church today... sharing on tithes and offering.. never ever in my life I thought I will be sharing on the pulpit one day.. but it just happened today.... Wow... not too bad.. but I know I'm nervous, cos Garry said he saw me quite nervous... ya.. but everything went well, there's room for improvement still.

Semester 1 is coming to an end very soon... so fast. Life is like getting faster when you grow bigger, just a blink of eyes, time past without even say Bye to you. Not like younger days, when 45 minutes of piano class took forever...really forever man.. yeah and obviously i think when we grow older, we tend to waste more time by slacking and doing other unnecessary stuff like playing Yahoo! games...(i'm talking about myself hehe).

Honestly, my friend is like busy typing on her report while I'm relaxing typing this blog here.. super slack man... nah.. i'm just taking a break.. my brain really cannot function already.. too saturated with apple.... to be continued~~~~

at the wellsprings of prayer - ''TODAY''

We learn to pray at certain moments by hearing the Word of the Lord and sharing in His Paschal mystery, but His Spirit is offered to us at all times, in the events of each day, to make prayer spring up from us. Jesus's teaching about praying to our Father is in the same vein as His teaching about prvidence: time is in the Father's hands; it is in the present that we encouter Him, not yesterday nor tomorrow.

Prayer in the events of each day and each moment is one of the secrets of the kingdom revealed to ''little children '', to the servants of Christ, to the poor of the Beatitudes. It is right and good to pray so that the coming of the kingdom of justice and peace may influence the march of history, but it is just as important to bring the help of prayer into humble, everyday situations; all forms of prayer can be the leaven to which the Lord compares the kingdom.

some reflections

Prayer is an indispensable key to spiritual life. Prayer is a love relationship with God. It means communication with God who created us. To grow in union with Him, we need to come daily into the presence of God through prayer & reflection. For many of us, it is an easy and joyous time that we always look forward to. Yet many of us are struggling through much human effort and energy.

Genesis 18:22-23
Get Closer to God
Our prayers reveal what we believe about God and what we value. Abraham's bargaining for the inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah shows his faith, his care for others, and his closeness with God. Although he is humble, he deals with God as a friend whom he is not afraid to be honest with.
We too must be honest with God in our prayer. Too many Christians simply do not trust God enough to be completely themselves with God. They are afraid to share their doubts, anger, grief, and frustrations. But God is big enough to handle it all. Find a way in your prayer to share your innermost thoughts and feelings with God. Remember that God's healing touch cannot enter our life until we are willing to share our deepest feelings.

Things about Video Streaming

There are things that I think I need to say about online video streaming.

Common misconception: "Online video is not considered as download. So I can stream and watch a movie without download it in order to save bandwidth."

But the fact: streaming video uses up bandwidth just like download, which use up bandwidth as well. The used bandwidth exactly same as the bandwidth it takes to download the same video. If you watch video online like on youtube or google video or any other website with computer in uni might get you into problem.
So, it's recomended to watch online video using your home internet.

The second thing is that, you might want to consider downloading the video if you will load the streaming video up more than few times. So that you wont waste too much bandwidth on loading the same video up everytime you revisit the video.

By the way all the video I've uploaded so far is cut down on quality to reduce the file size, so that you guys can load it faster, save up some bandwidth and ppl with slower internet connection can actually watch the videos. I might redo the uploaded video into better quality in the same file size and upload it in the future but not so soon. Still have a lot of videos to go because these video might be linked to the upcoming new church website too. But if you want the high quality version video you can get from me directly.

Ta!
